Assist in development and implementation of online marketing strategies, including providing competitive analysis and campaign budget recommendations, including cost-benefit analysis Update and improve existing Google AdWords campaigns Initiate and manage eMail/eNewsletter campaigns Evaluate, initiate, and manage the execution of online search campaigns via Google, Yahoo, Bing, and others Working with staff and web designers to ensure campaign success while continually optimizing campaigns, initiating online marketing strategies to increase conversion rate, and providing full campaign accountability via reporting

Implement & manage paid search advertising campaigns including keyword research, copywriting, ad groups, bid management, and testing Work with team on PPC and email marketing landing page/sales funnel design and optimization Set goals for and proactively monitor and optimize advertising efforts to increase conversion rate Work collaboratively with team to analyze and translate data into actionable interactive plans Evaluate and select tools to increase paid search advertising performance Collaborate to develop new SEO-friendly content as needed Be aware of and develop opportunities to enhance online marketing with public relations programs Monitor search engine visibility and proactively develop strategies to increase coverage
