Responsibilities • Use ERC software to expedite client requests for database administration and troubleshooting. • Use ERC Software to assist clients in completing automated HR processes. • Create and maintain reports for tracking system usage and trend data. • Communicate with clients via e-mail, telephone, and in person to identify and satisfy support needs. • Deliver software training via phone, Internet, and in person. • Write system procedure and training documents. • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth running of ERC’s processes. • Introduce new services to existing clients.
