Responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties for management. Responsible for all accounts payable activities in the office to include preparation, review and maintenance of records by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Functions as liaison between management and various departments to facilitate smooth daily company operations.
* Screens telephone calls and incoming mail at the management level, and responds promptly to incoming correspondence as appropriate.
* Maintains an updated and accurate calendar as well as schedules appointments and office meetings as requested.
* Ensures management is informed of deadlines and problems.
