The Alexander Group, Inc. is a management consulting organization operating out of six cities in the United States. We are seeking a professional “juggler” – someone who is energetic, intelligent, enjoys working in a small office environment each day – clearly understands and enjoys supporting multiple team members – has sound technical skills - and who takes initiative in completing projects and workload related activities. The Consulting Support Manager has three primary areas of responsibility. Local marketing support encompasses approximately ½ of the person’s duties. The three areas are: (1) Office management, including day-to-day office administration and administrative support to our consulting and management staffs. (2) Client support services, including document development, proofreading, and binding. (3) Marketing support, which includes administration of our contact management system, focused company/ industry research report generation, and support with special marketing projects as required.
