Effectively supervise a team of Distributor Account Specialist and Team Leader as well as the Customer Master Data Team. Must be a liaison with upper management and distributor partners to achieve departmental and corporate objectives. Supervisor possesses strong communication skills combined with the ability to effectively execute corporate policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Coach and develop Team Leaders to meet and exceed performance standards through regular meetings.
2. Provide coverage of morning and evening shifts to oversee the Specialist Team.
3. Review and approve vacation time, personal time, and overtime requests from the Team Leaders and monitor time taken by Specialists to insure conformity with corporate guidelines. Approve weekly time sheets from Specialists. Provide statistical data and justification for overtime to Management.
4. Review and approve all returns which exceed Team Leader approval levels and coordinate requests outside of guidelines.
