This person will be Responsible for both performing and overseeing the accounting function of multiple business units Responsibilities:
* Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly closes;
* Responsible for various account reconciliations;
* Financial statement reviews including budget to actual variation analyses;
* Assist with the company’s annual and quarterly external reporting requirements;
* Act as liaison with tax department concerning sales tax and income tax filings;
* Assist staff accountants as necessary with accounting issues
* Coordinate with employees and third parties to gather information needed to analyze and review business results and trends
